JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a customer support representative to join our organization - DropFunnels.

We are a SaaS company established in the US and is offering a funnel and website builder software as a service to now over 1500 active customers using our platform.

You'll be joining our Tier 1 team to talk with customers via, tickets and live chat, following our internal processes to ensure you can either fix the problem or hand it off to a point of escalation.

We are looking for people who can:
- Follow processes very carefully
- MUST have experience with Wordpress Site builders
- Have great written English/American and enjoy helping customers
- Can work a shift based in USA East Day Time (You'll likely start off in EST day time and move a little later once trained)
- Love to investigate problems and see them fixed without handing them off

So we know you are process focused please ensure the following question is answered within your application:
1) "What site builder does Dropfunnels use?"
2) What WordPress builders have you used before and/or is familiar with?
3) Are you familiar with using web applications? If yes, please state what web applications have you used.
4) Are you familiar with software and tools that is used in internet marketing side of things, such as Autoresponders, Zapiers, Webhooks, Sales Funnel Fundamentals.
5) Are you good with troubleshooting and connecting the dots of a software features?

In addition to the above we'd like you to provide a reference for a job you have worked in customer service using the English language and your favourite wordpress GUI based builder.
