This position will serve as day-to-day social media support across all platforms. They will support him/her with managing the daily operations of our social marketing on social media platforms and will manage and monitor all ad campaigns, respond to comments, and respond to direct messages.
Responsibilities include:
• Monitor all social platforms and escalate potential issues
• Up to day with editorial calendar and ensure postings are executed accordingly
• Prepare and post content on social platforms with extreme accuracy and in a timely manner
• Keep alignment with internal channel managers and Creative Studio teams to ensure asset accuracy
• Maintained expert-level knowledge of all available social media formats and offerings
• Create campaign reports, delivering valuable insights around posting trends, engagement levels
You need to have:
• 2+ years of relevant social media experience (paid/organic media)
• Deep understanding of social networks platforms and formats
• Deep knowledge of
• You know what file formats are needed, such as how to traffic IGTV videos for in feed preview, when to use a carousel vs a grid take over
• Ability to be nimble:
• You can adapt quickly to new asset requests without losing sight of other priorities.
• Strong communication skills as you will be interacting with many cross-functional partners and teams
• Proactive and able to adapt to Calendar/Scheduling changes as needed
