About the role:

We are looking for a full-time Go High Level/SaaS Specialist that will be able to understand clients' needs and implement solutions within the GoHighLevel functional options.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Responsible for mapping out processes as solutions for clients' needs based on proposals sold by the Sales Team.
-Build solutions in the CRM for our clients (training is provided)
-Should get on the phone with customers for tailoring user experience and training purposes.
-Efficiency in what's being built to guarantee the best solutions for clients' problems.
-Generate proper documentation of what has been built for each client.
-Non-disclosure of the information provided by the client.
-Responsible for being up to date with the rollouts of GHL
-Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders
-Other miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities related to Go High Level/SaaS Specialist

Competencies and Skills:

-Proficient in English (written and conversational) to communicate with clients.
-Must have at least 1-year experience in working with GoHighLevel
-Must have at least 2 years of web development experience
-Should be proactive, self-motivated, and possess good analytical skills
-Good writing skills to generate SOPs for internal and external purposes
-Desire to learn and to share the knowledge with the team
-Good communication skills
-CRM specialist/SaaS/computer engineer experience is a must. If you don't have any GoHighLevel experience

Expectations and Requirements for the role:

-Opportunity to work from home

-Delivery of activities based on agreed deadlines
-At least 3-minute video, self-introduction
-Must have a backup internet connection or dual internet connection set up. (This is a must)
