Marketing Manager

Third Acquisitions is growing our team! We are hiring a Disposition Manager to lead our efforts in selling discounted properties to investors in our market! This role requires you to set out of your comfort zone. As a leader of a small team, you’ll be required to have the experience and creativity to manage all aspects of marketing. In this role, leadership and the willingness to learn and be adaptable are absolutely essential.

We’re a company that sets Rural vacant land as our focus, and supporting the interests of landowners is our top priority. We’re a team united by our shared values and endeavors to build trusting relationships with clients that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes around the sale and acquisition of vacant land.

Founded by an architect and a designer, we specialize in turning depreciated assets into appreciated ones, particularly when it comes to abundant vacant land. We currently operate in New York State and looking to expand to 9 other state, We are a team of 11 poeple, that looking to serve 1 million of customer a year.

You’re good at:

Marketing/Sales Funnel Builder
intermediate understanding of automation campaigns (I.e. connecting lead flow to automation trigger campaigns that will send emails, text, etc
Some basic level experience with video and graphic design would be helpful as well
generating a unique, variety and creative engaging ad campaigns to secure Real Estate Listing.

What you’ll do:

Consistently create and develop our Accounts on Zillow, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Webpage, Tic Toc, Google Business, Yelp and other relatable accounts.
Represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing and tracking our market, competitors, and industry trends
generating a unique, variety and creative engaging ad campaigns to secure Real Estate Listing.
