6. Logistical Coordination in our market for Going on appointments
7. Multi-Tasking (Appointments, phone calls, etc)

What you’ll do
As an Acquisitions Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Converting Seller Leads into Signed Contracts
2. Following up with Seller Leads Over the phone
3. Updating and managing Follow-Ups inside of CRM (Podio)
4. Going to on-site appointments
5. Taking Pictures of Subject Properties while on appointments
6. Updating CRM with notes, next actions, and pictures
What you’ll need
The following experience is relevant to us:
1. At least 1 year of experience in Business Consumer Sales. (John Martinez advocates its ok to have nonreal estate people as AM’s)
2. Reliable computer and noise canceling headphone for going on Appointments
3. Experience in working with CRM B2C tool
