Real estate Disposition Manager

Third Acquisitions is growing our team! We are hiring a Disposition Manager to lead our efforts in selling discounted properties to investors in our market! This role requires you to set out of your comfort zone. As a leader of a small team, you’ll be required to have the experience and creativity to manage all aspects of marketing. In this role, leadership and the willingness to learn and be adaptable are absolutely essential.

We’re a team united by our shared values and endeavors to build trusting relationships with clients that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes around the sale and acquisition of vacant land.

Founded by an architect and a designer, we specialize in turning depreciated assets into appreciated ones, particularly when it comes to abundant vacant land. We currently operate in New York State and looking to expand to 9 other states, We are a team of 11 people, that looking to serve 1 million customers a year.

What you’ll do

As Disposition Manager, you’ll be responsible for:


1. Selling and Assigning Property Contracts to Investors
2. Marketing Properties as they enter our inventory
3. Communicating with Acquisitions and Transaction Coordinator on Property Specifics
4. Updating and Communicating within CRM
6. Building and Maintaining Relationships to create repeat buyers

What you’ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:

1. At least 1 year of experience in Residential Real Estate.
2. A strategic mindset that allows you to understand industry trends and customer needs.
3. Attention to detail
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload.
6. Excellent communication skills with high energy and a great attitude.
