JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an energetic communicator to successfully drive qualified appointment-bookings through organic social (direct message) DM marketing.

We are a fast-growing sales agency who prides ourselves on delivering top-notch services to our global client base and have an opening for a skilled appointment setter to join the team.

Our clients need their calendar’s filled with qualified prospects who are hungry for their solutions. As an appointment setter, you’ll be responsible for confidently starting and leading conversations in the social DMs of business owners who are ready for change.

While you will be provided with pre-written scripts and conversation guides to work from, this is not a copy/paste type job. This role requires a high-level of intuitive judgement to personalize your messaging to engage, qualify and solicit appointment-bookings.

You must have the awareness to interpret what prospects really mean by what they say, identify major problems and lead them to a solution by maximising every opportunity for them to book a call with an expert.

You will need to be very detail-oriented, keeping accurate records and notes of your activity on a spreadsheet which all users can easily understand. You will ensure every lead is followed up tenaciously at their due time and no opportunity falls through the cracks.

You will be working within a positive, supportive and growing team of A players who genuinely care about their prospects and their team's success. You will have stretching but realistic targets and will be supported in achieving them. Your strong work ethic will be appreciated, recognised and awarded, and you will experience a lot of growth personally and professionally.

You understand that you’ll be representing a personal brand and should take this very seriously. You must have sufficient measures in place to protect client confidentiality and keep all of your interactions consistent with the brand voice.

This role will start off with a part-time workload with the view to graduate to a full-time workload based on performance and mutual agreement, as may the scope of tasks and remuneration. Given the nature of this role, compensation will be strongly influenced by performance.

Further requirements include:

- A driven, self-starter and can also follow processes and work well in a team
- A successful track record in lead generation and appointment setting roles
- Growth minded and expect high-standards from yourself and always look to improve your knowledge, skills and performance
- Can quickly learn the landscape and opportunities of new markets you will be operating in
- A strong knowledge of online marketing and business growth (especially in the coaching/consulting and e-learning markets)
- A strong and reliable internet connection
- High command of the English language
- Can comfortably work within EU and/or US timezones
- Can start immediately and work during the December holidays
