E2W Inc is seeking an experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our US-based business owners to ensure smooth, efficient operation of their daily business activities. He/She will support the client and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, operational performance, and communication.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized with great attention to detail, have excellent time management skills, and be a proactive self-starter who can act and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Calendar management
Email
Have daily briefs and updates with the client
Optimize the use of the client’s CRM
Lead Generation
Create and maintain
Ad hoc tasks/projects
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years working as a Virtual Assistant.
BS/BA degree is a plus
Preferably with experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Dubsado, Constant contacts. (Forms, canned
Familiarity with other software and applications (Microsoft Office, Google workspace, etc)
Great communication skills
Outstanding time management skills
Detail-oriented
Organized and self-motivated
Discretion and confidentiality
