We are a small start-up based in Singapore that provides home cleaning services to the public.

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
- managing any incoming customer service inquiry
- Provide clarify on services, prices and scope for work to clients
- Scheduling of new job request to ensure internal teams are available
- Coordinate schedule change requests
- Work with multiple internal teams to ensure services requests are addressed
- Any other customer service & administrative requests - general inquiries, complains, refunds etc
- Platform includes: Instagram / Whatsapp / Phone calls /
Requirements:
- A good command of English; Mandarin is desirable but not necessary
- Quick thinker and able to prioritize customers and help them troubleshoot issues
- Customer service and project management experience desirable
- require good internet connection, full time commitment, able to work in flexible working hours
- experience in handling Singapore customer or work experience in Singapore will be an advantage.
Ideally we are looking for someone that can start immediately, training will be provided!
