This will be a full-time position. Applicants must be willing to work from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm PST.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In-charge of assisting all of our clients with their inquiries and requests
Perform onboarding calls and client check-ins to ensure that all of our clients’ concerns are addressed
Oversee customer service functions by ensuring resolution of escalated issues by utilizing expertise and available resources, sharing knowledge, understanding business needs and soliciting stakeholder feedback
Organize people, tasks and activities to yield efficient work flow
Collaborate with people at different levels within the organization to accomplish a common goal
Utilize strong written and oral communication; communicate information in a clear, well-organized, and professional manner
Maintain composure by responding calmly, quickly, professionally and decisively to the unpredictable or unexpected
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years of customer service experience (Chat and Phone Support)
Basic knowledge in Google Ads is a MUST
Must have excellent English communication skills
Must complete 40 hours each week using screenshot monitor app
Must be able to take direction in written, audio and visual form
Must be able to work with less supervision and adapt in fast paced environment
Can work under pressure
Must have good judgement and excellent problem solving skills
