Account Officer / Bookkeeper *URGENT*

The Company

Luxo Living is an Australian owned eCommerce and retail company specializing in stylish furniture and home appliances. We have launched over a thousand furniture products in Australia, all impeccably made and affordably priced.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Officer with the right attitude and keen willingness to learn to provide support in finance as well as the supply chain function during our growth.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Maintenance of billing system
• Recording and checking customer payments
• Recording and checking purchase invoices. Reconciling suppliers’ payments.
• Bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation
• Generating invoices
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Managing reseller accounts
• Managing records and accounting docs
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Other ad hoc administration duties as required

The Successful Candidate

• Accounting-related degree required
• Previous experience in an equivalent role desired
• Good computer literacy across MS Office Suite and accounting system
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• High level organizational skills and time management skills
• Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with others in the business and team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
