Job Title : Database Assistant
Database admin
Add new contacts via Hubspot (Manual or Import)
Update contacts via Hubspot (Manual or Import)
Manage contacts (duplicates, bounce and unsubscribes)
Database Reporting (Analytics)
All other database tasks
Lead generator
Search new contacts for target companies via Linkedin and Google Search
Complete contact details (name, company, job title,
Manage contacts and cross check details via Google Sheet
Import contacts collected to Hubspot
All otherlead generator tasks
Required Skills:
Should have experience with lead generation and database admin tasks
Familiar with Hubspot and Linkedin
Previous remote working experience and can work with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Has great attention to detail
Can work under pressure
Organized and self-sufficient
Knowledge with Google Sheet and Microsoft Office
Knowledge with Australian Retailers will be an advantage
Requirements:
Should have a working laptop with up to date windows software
At least 10 mbps internet speed
Near a coffee shop / internet shop where you can work in case of power interruption
Can work full time - Sydney Hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm Sydney) and has no other jobs (either full time, freelance or part time jobs)
Can work autonomously
