Full-time Content Writer/Researcher

We are hiring a full-time content writer with excellent English writing skills to support our creative team while working remotely. We are an innovative jewelry company located in Canada that is growing quickly and looking to add to our team. The candidate will be responsible for writing and researching new content for our blog, email newsletters, website, social media content and other marketing materials in order to help grow our audience organically and create better engagement with our existing clients. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Write blog posts to accompany existing videos
- Research, brainstorm and create original content for blog, email newsletter, website and any other marketing materials
- Adhere to editorial schedule to ensure content is finished accordingly
- Support video creation process by researching trending topics, creating video scripts and outlines 
- Participate in meetings to brainstorm on content strategies and support the creative team with any ongoing projects
- Other tasks as directed

Requirements:
- Excellent English writing skills
- Passion for writing and communications
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently 
- Understanding of SEO content writing and Google's best practices is desired 
- Experience with Wordpress is a plus 

Work Schedule: 40-45 hrs/week. You may need to be available for a few hours between 9am - 6pm EST occasionally to participate in our meetings.

What we offer:
40,000-55,000php/month salary (based on qualification assessed during interview process)

Upon successful passing of a probationary period:
13th month bonus pay (pro-rated depending on start date)
