- Cold calling motivated sellers

- Setting a minimum of 3-5 lead
appointments a day

- Making 500-1,000 calls a day

- Participating in daily and weekly

management to assess
progress

perfect diction *will be
assessed during interviews*

- Must have a reliable and silent
workspace

- Must have Wi-Fi capabilities
with no call reception problems
as this will be a 100% virtual call
based position

- Must have the ability to set appointments with 25-50% closing rate

- Must have previous high volume sales call experience with a closing track record

- Prefer real estate experience

- Must be able to negotiate and rebuttal against objections preferably have previous work experience

- Must be able to work 8am - 5pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Friday

- Must have video call capabilities for interview process and tea ---------- etings *but will not be needed for the regular work day calls *

This will be a salary based position with the ability to earn commission benefits for each lead closed.

Base Salary: $250 USD / month
Commission: $100 USD for each appointment set by you that our team closes

* This position has uncapped commissions. The earning ability is endless! The right candidate for this position is ready to work hitting the quota of 3-5 appointments a day and ready to over achieve to bring in more commissions for yourself. Training will be provided.
