High-Performance CEO seeks a high-level executive assistant!

Compensation:
-Salary starts at $2000/mo
-Monday-Friday: 8-4pm PST daily. Some work on the weekends may be required when you must check in Victoria for her travels for example.

Requirements:
Must have previous experience.
Must be trustworthy and reliable.


Duties & Responsibilities:


email management
writing emails on behalf of myself
Research
Calendar management
MUST be able to write perfect English.
arranging travel hotels and airfare
arranging itineraries
Calling scheduling appointments
Researching different softwares and projects and creating synopsis of what you learned
Taking detailed meeting notes
Being the guardian of CEO’s time

Hours:
-This is a full-time in house position.
-Hours are M-F 8-4pm PST. Some weekend work may be required.
-MUST be available to work during those hours.
