IT Network Administrator

Growing IT firm provides support for Windows and Exchange servers, virtual servers, web servers, firewalls and wifi devices. Based in Phoenix, Arizona with normal business hours 9am to 5pm Arizona time, we seek an honest, self-driven professional to fill our open position. This person would have the ability to prioritize and adapt based on sudden escalations.

Responsibilities:
Design, configure, install, troubleshoot, monitor and maintain servers, computer systems and networks

Requirements:
Graduate of a 2-year IT technician or computer hardware servicing course (preferably a TESDA-accredited program)
Proficiency in computer and IT hardware and applications
Proficiency with Sonicwall, Security and Servers
Strong ability to communicate in English both written and verbal
Analytical with effective problem-solving skills, and a sharp attention to detail
Personable and friendly with clients also able to collaborate with team
Self-driven, results oriented, able to research (closing cases/projects with little intervention.)
Must be able to report between 10 PM – 7 AM
