A Business Consultant Company is looking for a capable & committed, long term Personal Executive Assistant. Experienced in MS-office, such as Word, Excel, & PowerPoint,
Role title: Executive Assistant
Employment: Part-time or Full-Time
Weekly hours: 20-40 hours per week
The successful candidate will start January 15th. Must not have other jobs. As it’s difficult to have two jobs, Must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time – Los Angeles. Long Term position for a year or longer.
The ideal candidate:
- Great communication skills - Very good in English
- At least two years of Administration Work
- Understand how to make life easier for Executive
- Experience using MS office

Nice to have but not required:
-Video Editing software, skill for Social Media post

You will be primarily responsible for:
- Daily Calendar task, assist in connecting clients to Business Coach
-Listening to Recordings and writing action items for clients
