Real Estate Cold Caller

Cold Calling. I need multiple VA's to contact as many motivated sellers as possible. We aim for quality over ---------- 's not an easy job. Our VA needs to be positive, persistent, and must have the ability to stay calm. The Goal of cold calling our company is to build rapport with our client and to solve problems in their life. Our goal is to acquire as many properties as possible. We need someone who is able to convert calls and leads into qualified appointments and closed deals for our agents.
