External Partnerships & Customer Service Manager

Hello! We are an outdoor ecommerce brand looking to hire a talented and motivated individual who wants to grow their career in the e-commerce space. This individual will assume responsibility for several different roles within our company, including: social media management (25%), external partnership management (50%), and customer service (25%). The right individual will have the opportunity to take on additional roles and responsibilities over time and grow with the company.

Responsibilities include:
1) Create, schedule, and post meaningful and engaging content to attract, inform, and inspire our audience on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).
2) Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media following and raise brand awareness (e.g. giveaways, social media influencers, partnerships with other brands)
3) Manage our content library, including working with content creators
4) Identify, develop and nurture relationships with external affiliates/websites to increase brand awareness
5) Respond to customer queries and assist with customer ordering.
This hybrid position will be part-time, representing approximately 15 hours per week; however this will flex during the course of the year as our products have a peak selling season in Spring and Summer. The position will require a few hours over the weekend (Friday and Saturday), responding to customer emails.

Required Qualifications:
• Excellent written English
• Social Media experience with (>1 year posting for a US account)
• Attention to detail
• Resourceful (ability to find new resources and get things done)
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Highly reliable, highly dependable, and most importantly trustworthy

Ideal Qualifications (but not required)
• Marketing Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Canva; creative

The ideal person will be able to grow with the position, taking on additional responsibilities. We are looking for someone who will be committed to the position for several years, and wants to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
