Lead Specialist

Mission Valley Home Buyers LLC is a real estate investment company that specializes in purchasing various properties virtually across the United States in multiple markets. This job entails prospecting and qualifying leads to deliver solutions to homeowners looking to sell their houses. Leads will be supplied and candidate should be comfortable with negotiating and building rapport with prospects. Real Estate license is not required. Looking for a positive individual with the ability to solve problems.
Role/ Responsibilities:
Receive/ Make calls and texts each day in efforts to find a motivated seller
Report to and assist Acquisitions Manager by ensuring leads are properly qualified
Work with Acquisitions Manage to close deals ethically and efficiently
Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary
Script/training will be provided
Personal computer and access to internet are required
Real Estate experience preferred but not required
Sales experience preferred
Must be fluent in English, Spanish a plus but not a requirement
4-6 hours of phone time each day (80+ calls per day)
Time: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern time
