Full time Video Editor / misc tasks/ Great Opportunity

I am looking for a full-time Video Editor (and possibly other small tasks for my business). I will work with you through the processes of everything. My goal is to have you edit the entire time, but at the ---------- nt I may not yet need this specifically for the entire time.

Experience in Final Cut Pro X is RECOMMENDED (but not necessary)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
Experience in Graphic Editing (best if Adobe After Effects) is a BIG PLUS
Experience in Sales/Prospecting/Cold Calls is a PLUS

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*I can’t guarantee the following yet, but it is something I would like to do in the future: You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.

About Me:
I own a video company called Benchmark Commercials. We produce any video that comes our way, but we are trying to specialize in the interview/b-roll type of videos. Currently, we are heavily trying to pursue producing videos for law firms. You will need to have a good grasp on English because you will need to work with all the interview sound bites and need to piece them together. I am also looking for someone who is very honest with their faults and is looking to grow and get better. I will try my best to teach you and give you tutorials to help you advance. Final Cut Pro X is the most ideal software to be used.
