We are one of the top Real Estate Investment Firms located in San Antonio, Tx and we are looking for a Junior Acquisition Specialist (Sales Associate) to join our team. The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be groomed to take over the purchasing side of the business that supports and sustains this team.

Responsibilities
Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
Consistently beating your sales quota
Problem-solving a wide variety of technical and logistical questions efficiently
Foreseeing potential breakage points (and solutions) for pro-active customer care
Utilizing your wicked-awesome persuasion and marketing skills in everyday communication
Managing many projects at once with speed, efficiency, and poise
"Thinking on your feet," are well-organized and results-driven
Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written communication
