POSITION: SEO Writer – Team Lead


We are a digital marketing company, and we are looking for a knowledgeable SEO Writer Team Lead to support our clients and lead a team of SEO Writers. The SEO Writer Team Lead needs to be comfortable managing a team while also executing work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. To excel in this position. You will have experience digging into data to discover pain points and developing content strategy that solves those problems. And, most importantly, you have deep expertise in help and support content, including writing, production, and strategy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related professional experience
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Experience working independently in a cross-functional team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with content management systems and experience with publishing tools
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment
• Background in Operational Excellence or a team leader


Responsibilities:

• Oversee a content production team's creation and management of targeted content.
• Formulate and successfully articulate best SEO strategies/knowledge to team members along with providing improvement recommendations.
• Provide and analyze reports to demonstrate the success of Content & SEO strategies to senior management.
• Managing Editors needs and deadlines
• Lead all the digital content and the rest of the team in the related task requirement, be the voice.
• Evaluate and select new tools to improve everyday team tasks, such as shared email platforms, project management and task delegation dashboards, etc.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of organizing, writing, editing, and publishing effective web content.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, to work collaboratively.
• Flexibility, energy, and creative problem-solving skills are required to prioritize projects.
