Test Automation Engineer (Home-Based)

As a team member of the Automation QA stream, you will have the following tasks:
Create, execute and maintain automated smoke, functional, non-functional and regression test suites for Sleek’s client facing and admin web applications
Engage in test and code reviews
Execute automated tests in pipeline and generate test reports
Assist manual QAs in test planning and execution every scheduled production release
Identify and log defects found during automation test execution
Participate in several Agile and sprint activities
Aptitude to learn new automation tools

QUALIFICATION:
At least 3 years of experience in Software Testing on several webapp projects
At least 2 years Automation Testing experience
Experience in writing automated tests, preferably in Python or Javascript.
Has working knowledge on the following Automation tools: Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber/Behave and different assertion libraries
Experience in Manual Testing
Experience in database operations and SQL queries using MongoDB
Experience in working with Postman/SOAPUi for API testing
Experience in maintaining code repositories using Bitbucket, Github or Gitlab
Knowledge of UNIX shell scripting
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Detail-oriented and efficient problem-solver
Strong communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:
Knowledge of creating and maintaining an Automation framework
Experience in testing workflows and documents
