We are searching for a results based digital marketer who has experience with customer acquisition and is able to reach marketing and sales goals. This individual should be self-driven, analytical and be able to execute on the sales and marketing goals of the brand.
We are looking to hire by the month of December. We have been interviewing many candidates, but have not yet found the right/combination. This is a very challenging role as you will be taking on many of the responsibilities of the founder.
This position has incredible room for growth, however we are looking for someone with experience with marketing and sales of SAAS products and software.
The candidate will need to be able to execute with a very minimal budget. Previous startup experience helps here.
The following is what some of the role entails
- Managing two brands (and SAAS ecommerce brand, Software-non Saas Ecommerce brand)
- Managing a team of marketing interns each semester (usually about 10-15 students) in various disciplines
- Identifying the needs, new objectives of the brands and being able to execute on them.
- Using analytical tools like Google analytics to setup tracking metrics, KPI's and communicating these to management.
- Communicating style: (Skype). We rarely use email except when communicating with high level potential partners and prospective clients.
Hours/Week: This role will require 30+ hours per week.
Pay schedule is every two weeks
We will provide relevant account access to tools needed based on discussion.
Interview process:
Ideally the above description will bring candidates who are a right fit for the role.
1. We will shift through the applications and contact the candidates we believe to be relevant to the position.
2. We will then assign a very small task to the qualified candidates.
3. The few candidates that make it here will be asked to do two rounds of skype interviews.
4. We will choose the winning candidate.
