Cold Caller/acquisitions specialist

You will be making direct outreach via phone calls to commercial property owners. The goal is build rapport with these Property owners and find out if they are interested in selling their property. We have several ways to buy their property as well as even act as the listing broker and help them sell it. Your Role will be to make the initial out reach to the seller, create good rapport and trust with them, gather information on the property/properties, and then pass them on to us if they are interested in selling, or simply follow with them until they are.
