IT | Technical Support

We are looking for an IT | Technical Support who can work during US EST hours. Ideal candidate must have previously worked for another MSP (Managed Service Provider), an IT background and with excellent English communication skills (must be in C1 or C2 level). Experience in using AutoTask, Datto RMM and ITGlue is HUGE advantage. Client prefers someone who uses Windows and not MAC to avoid operational conflicts.

Salary: $700-$800
Work hours: 80am-6pm US EST
