Virtual Assistant & Podcast/Membership Assistant

Looking for a Virtual Assistant to support the day to day customer service and admin support for a Shopify Store that will be selling aromatherapy and various healing, self care and medicinal products, such as body oils and vibrational mists, bath salts and tea.

This virtual assistant will not only manage the store, but will also need to manage a virtual membership on Mighty Networks, uploading content, videos, podcasts and being the customer service superstar for all clientele.

We are a Healing Clinic that offer meditation and content virtually for a group of people looking to transform their mind and health.

You will need to have intermediate audio editing skills, using audacity or any other program for our podcasts/meditations.

We want to mix our audios with meditation music and therefore you will need to know how to do this to create professional meditations for purchase. Editing background sound, fine tuning vocal and putting together Music with vocal.

You will need have have basic-intermediate video editing skills using Davinci or Canva or iMovie to put together content with music, text and create a professional video for teachings in the mighty networks platform.

You will need to have basic marketing skills in social media and creating digital advertising and email engagement.

You will also be the assistant for any tech issues or customer service actions for both Shopify and the mighty networks.

This is a role where every day is different including every task such as creating labels, images, audios, data entry, administration, connecting with clients, uploading videos in the mighty networks, making advertising campaigns and helping with the digital component of the business. .

You will need to have basic skills in social media and photo editing on Canva to create engaging images for posts and client ---------- ermediate skills in copywriting is a bonus, writing product descriptions and helping with content creation to attract new clientele.
