Marketing Strategist

What we're looking for:

The Marketing Strategist will be creating and leading Facebook, Tiktok, & Instagram paid advertising campaign strategies & results by developing campaign strategies.

You'll be part of a team that loves to collaborate, share ideas, share funny ---------- s, and provide support to one another on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Strategist, Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
Develop and maintain digital campaigns to increase web traffic
Research market to identify new opportunities
Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
Work closely with our design team to create creative content ideas
Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Measure ROI and KPIs and make necessary strategy adjustments if needed
Monitor and review metrics and work with teams to adjust strategy and tactics accordingly
Remain current on industry trends in the market that may impact sales and company profitability
Stay up to date on algorithm changes for the purpose of driving better campaign performance.

Qualifications:



Facebook and digital marketing strategy knowledge (is definitely an advantage)
Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude.
Has an eye for good creatives
Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking
Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments
Request, review/approve & manage creative assets from creative team for all campaigns
Bonus point: if you have prior E-Commerce related experience, but it’s not a requirement.
Bonus point: if you have prior Tik Tok advertising experience.
