SEO - Team Lead

We are a digital marketing company, and we are looking for a knowledgeable SEO Writer Team Lead to support our clients and lead a team of SEO Writers. The SEO Writer Team Lead needs to be comfortable managing a team while also executing work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. To excel in this position. You will have experience digging into data to discover pain points and developing a content strategy that solves those problems. And, most importantly, you have deep expertise in helping and supporting content, including writing, production, and strategy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related professional experience
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Experience working independently in a cross-functional team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with content management systems and experience with publishing tools
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment
• Background in Operational Excellence or a team leader


Responsibilities:

• Oversee a content production team's creation and management of targeted content.
• Formulate and successfully articulate best SEO strategies/knowledge to team members along with providing improvement recommendations.
• Provide and analyze reports to demonstrate the success of Content & SEO strategies to senior management.
• Managing Editors needs and deadlines
• Lead all the digital content and the rest of the team in the related task requirement, be the voice.
• Evaluate and select new tools to improve everyday team tasks, such as shared email platforms, project management, and task delegation dashboards, etc.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of organizing, writing, editing, and publishing effective web content.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, to work collaboratively.
• Flexibility, energy, and creative problem-solving skills are required to prioritize projects.
