This job can be for 15-40 hours a week depending on what you're looking for, what hours you can work, and how much time is needed and how much time we have to work with you during each week.
You must work 3-4 hours a day during PH time, 11 PM to 11 AM.
Additional hours can be worked during your chosen time.

This job is $4.50/hr while working out details and learning our business until Jan 1 and then $5/hr after.
A $200 bonus will be paid for any lead who buys a property and it closes due to social media that you make or share.
Timeproof is mandatory and is not negotiable. Bill us using Payoneer on your Friday and you will be paid by your Wednesday each week.
We are a real estate team with a sports fan site that we sponsor. You will never be bored!
Our Social Media Manager will be someone who can follow written instructions and create ART.
You must be organized and be able to juggle assignments to meet posting dates and deadlines.
Duties will be to take care of 2 social media accounts and be an all-around assistant.
The job includes but is not limited to:
Making posts
Share posts in many groups
Commenting in forums and groups
Responding to comments and messages from followers on our accounts
Inviting people to like and follow us
Growing followers organically
Know
Know about YouTube Ads
You will also need to:
Use photoshop or a similar program efficiently
Make flyers and marketing material to promote properties we have for sale
Create 1-minute videos for pages on our extensive website (Template provided but open to suggestions and creativity)
Create videos using still pics and footage
Compress and resize pictures
Have a basic understanding of WordPress
Pinterest and Link'd-In proficiency is not necessary but helpful
It's your job to remind me when I forget stuff relating to your job
You need to be confident and a self-starter
You need to have excellent communication skills and talk about ideas, thoughts, and strategies
