Billing Specialist

THE OPENING
Our growing team is looking for a Billing Specialist to help us continue to serve clients as the leading provider of private lessons in North America.


You'll be trained on how to do this, and slowly work your way up.

We're a debt-free, self-funded company that is growing each year (especially during the pandemic), and we need new tea ---------- mbers who are looking for a long-term career to help us keep up.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting client payments, developing systems with our team to improve client billing experience. You will work cross-functionally to understand client needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive customer satisfaction


RESPONSIBILITIES

Billing Systems
Ensuring Client Payments are Collected
Handling Billing Complaints with Systems
Initiating 10-20 phone calls each day in USA
Ensuring Company Profitability
Managing Chargebacks and Refunds
Writing 2-5 SMS' and emails each day
Attending company Zoo ---------- etings and speaking in front of 5-15 other reps

QUALIFICATIONS


Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluent written and spoken English
Professional appearance, dress, and presentation abilities
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent "soft skills" and western cultural etiquette
Excellent time management skills
A positive attitude that believes anything is possible
