Social Media VA

Hi, my name is Raymond and I am the owner of a U.S-based e-commerce fashion company called REVAIL.

I am posting this job in hopes of finding someone to help with an advanced customer service skillset and the ability to consistently close new customer sales on Instagram.
(Advanced training will be provided if you are hired)

The current approach I have been doing has worked very well for me and has brought in hundreds of ambassadors that are promoting my brand for my company. Therefore this method is proven to work very well when executed ---------- order to apply for this position please ensure you meet the following requirements:

-Has been previous sales and/or customer service experience as a Social Media VA *Required*
-Has advanced, conversational, communication/English skills *Required*
-Quick and efficient learner/worker - Can be easily trained and handle daily tasks with maximum efficiency
-Can track metrics consistently and correctly using Google Spreadsheets
-Can work 6 days a week between the hours of 1:00 pm PST - 9:00 pm PST
-Has great communication habits/skills
-Energetic and RESULTS DRIVEN

-This will be your primary FULL-TIME job (please DO NOT work another job as this task will require your 100% focus and has plenty of room to grow)

The starting base salary will be 12,000 PHP per month with a very strong bonus system where you can make more when you close sales/recruit ambassadors. We assure you that you will be acknowledged and rewarded for your hard work.
