Graphic designer for YouTube Thumnails

I’m looking for a youtube thumbnail expert with lots of experience in this field.

You must know what is an engaging, clickable youtube thumbnails are ( if you don't please don't apply)

My channel is growing and I have got great content which I believe will perform a lot better if we switch the thumbnails up a little bit
