Looking for STAAR Salesperson

At D STAAR Solutions, we thrive from seeing our clients realize dreams they never knew possible through credit building, repair, and implementing business credit strategies. Having been established in 2020, we are a young, small family business aiming to welcome over 250 clients in 2022.

We are looking for someone to handle lead calls received from social media channels, affiliates and other marketing efforts. During these calls, sales representative will confirm information stated within form completed when scheduling consultation and will encourage subscription or one time fee sign up for credit repair services.

Ideally, candidate will have experience closing sales, taking payments over the phone, and guiding potential clients through sign up process (or completing on their behalf).

Candidate must have personal computer, or computer used for business/freelance purposes.
Candidate must have access to consistent internet with personal network (not a public network)
Candidate must have access to VPN, Microsoft Office (including OneNote, Excel, Word), and Asana
Candidate will possess some knowledge of credit repair services/offerings (preferred, not required).
Candidate will desire company success, and will work hand in hand with Cofounder to make sure they’re selling effectively to get potential clients to close and become clients.
Please understand that payment is NOT per hour, but is based off of fees paid by clients upon signing up.

Payment schedule is twice monthly (15th and 30th) and is 10% of set up fee (initial fee) OR 5% of one time charge (please note that initial fee is typically $99-249 USD, and one time charge ranges from $1000-2500USD)
