Job Description:
Full training will be provided; the following tasks are what you will be doing:
- Help to value properties by data scraping from property websites
- Create marketing images that will be sent out to investor database
- Create brochures that will be sent out to the investor database
- Comment on LinkedIn posts
- Create manuals to outline systems and procedures
- Other clerical tasks (personal admin for director)
- Send a daily report through
Job Opportunities:
You’ll be working with the business owner. As you and our business grow, you will have the opportunity to move up within the company, including managing other VAs.
Basic Skills:
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential
- Good analytical/analysis and high attention to detail
- Tech savvy
- Organisational skills; ability to manage projects effectively and on-time
- Maths (multiplication, division)
- Good communication skills
- Competent in Google Sheets (Microsoft excel)
- Competent in Google Docs (Microsoft word)
Required Experience:
- Experience is not essential because full training will be provided
Work Schedule and Salary:
- Part time: 10 hrs/week
- $160/month
- Potential for hours and salary to grow as company grows
- Raises based on performance and loyalty can be expected
