Product Sourcing Specialist who is Fluent in Speaking and Writing in Chinese (Mandarin) and English

We are looking to hire a Product Sourcing Specialist who is fluent in speaking and writing both the Chinese (Mandarin) and English language.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Source Products from Chinese suppliers/factories in China based on the requirements of our clients
*Negotiate with Chinese suppliers/factories on bulk orders and shipment costs
*Communicate with Chinese suppliers/factories through either voice or chat
*Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
*Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
*Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques
*Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
*Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

IT IS AN ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT TO BE FLUENT IN BOTH THE ENGLISH AND CHINESE LANGUAGE.
