About Company and Founder:
My name is Dana Lindahl and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of Legendary Podcasts where we help our customers to get booked onto top podcasts, participate in podcast tours as well help them to produce their own podcasts. We are getting ready to scale our agency and need to build out our Virtual Assistants team.

The objective of this role is to provide assistance to 2 of our senior tea ---------- mbers. This will be a combination of typical VA tasks and some tasks related to Podcast Production.

About the job:
- Full-time (Monday - Friday)
- Flexible timing to fit you and the rest of the team
- Fully Remote
- Salary between $500 and $600 USD depending on your experience

Responsibilities:
- Updating Google sheets regularly
- Assisting with document drafting - Monthly list of bookings with top shows, training materials / guidelines for PBAs
- Emailing with potential guests (external)
- Emailing inbox management and assigning to relevant tea ---------- mbers (internal)
- Scheduling pre-interviews
- Database entry
- Uploading/downloading files to Podetize
- Ensuring that podcast bookings are captured onto client’s sheets
- Organizing information and prep doc for new clients
- Generating report (reformat data) for stripe payments (monthly report)

- Demonstrable previous experience in similar jobs is highly desirable
