Oracle Utilities CC&B

1. At least 6 years of total industry experience, with at least 4 years experience in testing CIS solutions for Utilities.
2. Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer) with hands-on Functional or Testing experience in Oracle CC&B.
3. Familiarity with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprises and operational systems such as core WAM, EBS, MDM, NMS, etc.
4. Should be able to lead the design, build, test, and deploy the solution in Oracle CC&B with proficiency in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows)
5. Should be able to review and understand functional design documents, write System Test and System Integration Test cases and configure the package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
6. Should be able to develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
7. Should be able to capture the configurations required for the product and create a configuration document for the developers.
8. Should have a proficient understanding of the CIS systems and meter to cash functionality to effectively design the CC&B functionalities.
9. Should be able to guide, mentor, and review the end-to-end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
10. Should be able to identify and write test scenarios and test cases for the meter to cash process using CC&B
11. Should be able to do the functional testing for the test scenarios identified
12. Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.
13. The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the course of the project
14. Experience in leading Testing teams, working with client teams/SMEs, and leading the testing team through the project life cycle.
