Position: Video Editor/Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Specialist to join our team! As a Video Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing photos and videos for internal and external purposes.

As video has become the best way for communicating a company's messages on online platforms, your position will play an important role in our company's success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Building messaging with coordinated video
Ability to enhance video available from content sites where we subscribe
Knowledge of public domain video
Demonstrated compliance with rights of use and licensing
Audio editing
Building pre-rolls or post rolls
Experience working with marketing departments to help promote products, events, people, or causes that would be useful
Tracking video views and including links within the video where possible
Produce and edit content and build a library of amazing product and services videos
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
Regularly collaborate with marketing and social media team
Follow company's brand guidelines
Present to senior management
Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications

BA/BS degree
Video Editing Experience
Social Media Experience
3+ years of experience as a video specialist or a similar role
Some experience in using video and editing equipment
Creative thinker
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, Canva, Photoshop
Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred
