Airbnb/VRBO Vacation Rental Manager

Looking for a Vacation rental manager to manage my Airbnb listings, respond to guests, writing reviews, post listings, and post reviews as you see fit. You will be responsible to responding to guest quires and escalating any issues to me.

You will be manager that helps with the day-to-day management such as reservations, cleanings, etc., I am looking for someone am organized, detail-oriented, customer-centric, tech-savvy, and have great interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities would include:

OPERATIONS
* Creating your listing and optimizing
* 24/7 availability
* Guest Communications
* Scheduling of cleaners and maintenance
* Process cancellation and dispute with OTA's
* Removal of bad reviews by disputing them + Managing resolution Money requests.
* Automation of messages
*Reviewing the invoices and making sure everything is fine
* Sending work requests
*Following up the work that is needed to be done.
* Send payments and requesting videos of the work
* Disputing negative reviews

CLIENT MANAGEMENT
* Client Onboarding
* Property Onboarding
* Listing Creation
* Mapping to the channel manager
* Calendar syncing
* Set up policies and Rate plans/ Updating the payments

Nice to have is:
*Someone proficient in property rental tools such as Channel Manager and PMS – Lodgify
*Training and experience handling OTA such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, HomeAway, VRBO, and the likes.
* Proficient in using google sheets, google docs, Gmail, and other tools.
