Graphic Artists for Website and Product Packaging

Looking for a graphic artist with a strong background in branding and brand consistency. Looking for someone who can help us keep our website updated, make images for email blasts, design packaging for our products and can meet deadlines and is readily available. We are a tabletop company so a lot of the themes are Lord of the Rings Tolkien like products or products for games such as Dungeons and Dragons and Pathfinder.
