About the company:

GEMS by Jor is a new online women's clothing boutique that has been around for exactly a year! We sell loungewear, athleisiure, tops, bodysuits, pants, two piece sets and dresses.

Job Overview:
Right now we only cater to women, but hopefully in the future we will be able to expand to men as well. As of now, since we are a new store there have been things that I can't seem to keep up with and could really use help to get things running consistently! I am looking for someone that specializes in creating and managing Facebook and Instagram platforms that can maximize the online presence of the company.

Responsibilities:
-Creative Media and Content
-Creating, Writing, Installing, and Managing Facebook Pixels
-Shopping for new items for the site
-Brand Awareness and Community Engagement
-Social Media Content Calendar
-Social Media Channel Handling
-Editing Short Films such as TIk Toks/Reels
-Scouting Brand Ambassador/Collaborators
-Gaining More Followers
-Updating the store on the Shopify Platform

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience necessary

Required Virtual Set-Up:
Stable High Speed Internet
Laptop or PC that can handle multiple work tools at one given time
Headset with mic and webcam for client and tea ---------- etings


Skills:
I am really looking for someone that has skills in my weaknesses. We would make a great team.
I am looking for someone that is knowledgable in Photoshop or Lightroom

Resourceful and can work with limited supervision
