JOB OVERVIEW

AAMP Agency is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work with our team in the US and Philippines to ensure the smooth running of our office operations and help deliver projects and updates within a timely manner.

Job Duties:
• Verify and review that projects & tasks have been completed
• Check for errors and verify accuracy of completed tasks
• Answer customer emails and questions
• Provide project and task progress reports to clients upon request
• Communicate with team and management through the project management platform
• Report issues and high-priority tasks directly to the management team in the US
• Take notes during meetings and convey ideas back to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

We are looking for someone who has:
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to focus and keep track of multiple tasks at once
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage personal workload
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects

Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, & Writing)
• Must be able to work in the US Pacific Time Zone (7:30 AM PST to 5 PM PST)
• Reliable internet connection
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in clerical or administrative duties
• Experience in communicating ideas
• Exceptional customer service skills

Preferred Experience:
• Experience working with advertising & marketing agencies
• Experience working with website development team
• Experience working with travel and tourism operators
