Project Manager: Build Games Crypto Casino that is connected to Trading Broker

Greetings,
I'm looking for someone to help build a gaming online casino, but the games will be connected to a real trading broker. For example, if someone plays scratch game with $1, then a random automatic trade will trigger in the trading broker with $1, and based on the outcome of this trade the player will win in the game or lose.
All payments in this site will be in crypto, with the possibility of creating our own token and launch it as IDO/ICO if it makes sense.
