Marketing agency manager

Hello there I am currently looking for a person to would help me to run the day-to-day operations. There is there are training that's provided to learn provide to learn and ability to grasp this information. Daily tasks would include sending a minimum of 10 direct emails with custom loom videos offering and a link to a funnel for recipients to complete a form . cold email training will also be part of it. Sending messages to LinkedIn contacts
Weekly tasks do a live session in Facebook group. Follow up any code emails that have been open. Once or twice a week email agency list.
Monthly task also live in person or online event.
