Business Development Officer

•Must be graduate of Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering course.
•With at least 2-3 years work experience.
•Familiar with local telecommunications laws and regulations and related telecommunications business regulations;
•Familiar with telecommunications business, have certain communication and coordination skills; •Understand the local telecom operators and conduct timely docking in accordance with the needs of the department;
•Understand the local telecommunications market, especially the development status of the enterprise and home bandwidth market;
•Have a certain writing ability, and need to write related cooperation plans and contract review capabilities with local operators;
Job Responsibility
•Review the Philippine laws related to telecommunications services;
•Conduct market research on telecommunications services, and analyze them;
•Communicate with the Legal Department on the legal opinions on the business contract;
•Coordinate with telecommunications partners on our requirements;
•Handle work permits and passes related to telecommunications
