Overview:
We are a small firm with exciting projects, and we appreciate dedicated staff.
Role begins as part-time, may change to FT based on desires of successful candidate.
Manage accounting cycle for our clients. Written English communication is key in this role- updates, reporting unusual items, notes to upper management & clients.
Ability to work independently, following standard operating procedures, using problem-solving skills.
Bank & cash recs, recording transactions, correcting client errors. Financial analysis.
Assist in preparation of US tax files.
Some marketing support activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Over 3 yrs of accounting experience.
Expertise with accounting software, mainly QuickBooks Online.
Some experience with US tax forms- Corporations, Individuals.
Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
