10 pm to 6 am GMT
1 hour lunch Break
5 Days A week

Job Description: American Based Real Estate Company. Where your job will be calling potential home sellers and home buyers. This job's primary focus is to contact the neighbors of our current & past clients. The job requires you to make the initial contact and gauge leads’ potential interest level. Then set a time for the agent or lender to call them back.

Your ability to be outgoing and personable while following the script. Is more important than having years of sales experience.


Task
- Calling potential Leads
- 40 to 60 calls per hour
- Participate in Trainings


Requirements
- Reliable computer or laptop
- Fast, consistent internet connection
- Quiet place to make calls
- Must have a phone to make or receive calls. *We will provide the number and the CRM


Preferred Candidates
Comfortable on phone speaking English
