Virtual Assistant - Accounting/Bookkeeping

We’re looking for a home-based rockstar virtual assistant for the following positions:

- Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Must be knowledgeable in Quickbooks and other accounting related CRM
- Having a Property Management experience is a PLUS but not required

Career Type & Offer:

- U.S. Property Management account
- Full-time Dedicated Virtual Assistant
- Long-term & stable career
- $5 per hour = 4 hours per day
- Monday to Friday (Graveyard shift) with Saturday and Sunday Off
- Can be shifted to Full-time based on performance

Hardware Requirements:

1. 5MBPS or higher hard-wired internet speed
2. Dedicated home office
3. Modern computer and operating system
4. Good quality USB headset with noise-canceling feature
5. Good quality webcam
6. Backup/secondary internet is a plus
7. Backup/secondary equipment is a plus

Work Days:

Monday to Friday (8AM PST)
